Refills are available in 2 sizes, 3⅜" x 7⅞" and 3⅜" x 5⅝", in both sewn and
Wire-O styles, and are packed 100 to the carton. Sewn books specifications:
blue faint-ruled lines with red divider lines, 200 Pages, #16 white paper with
110 white index cover. A 50 pt heavyweight paper cover can be added to our
